After an apology from Brewers manager Paul Peschisolido, the fans will be hoping the Brewers put on a better performance at home against Bury.

Jimmy Phillips could be in line to make an early return from injury, but look to be without Paul Boertien for another week.

Paul Peschisolido said on the Burton Albion website, ‘Jimmy trained yesterday and looked sharp and he will train again today. We thought it was going to be a long term injury at first, but after they assessed him we realised it wasn`t as serious as first thought. He came through training yesterday with no problems.`

John McGrath turned his ankle in training , but should be fit for the game.

Bury are unbeaten in their last seven games and are currently ninth in the table. They also have the best away record, only losing once.

How is Russ Penn doing for you? He used to play for my local team Kidderminster Harriers and was a good player.
