Burton Albion midfielder Will Miller will miss the rest of the season after injuring his knee in the home defeat to Queens Park Rangers last Saturday.

Miller was carried off on a stretcher during the first half, but manager Nigel Clough is quoted on the official Burton Albion website as saying ‘It’s not a ligament or an ACL which would have been nine months so we are hoping he will be fit for pre-season training.’ Clough was also quoted saying ‘He has detached his knee cap which is horrendous enough but not as bad as a ligament.’

The 21 year old joined the Brewers in August 2017 from Tottenham on a two year deal.
