Burton are once again bracing themselves for a battle to hold onto Gary Rowett now that another job has become available.
The difference with this job is that the Brewers boss has previous with the club involved, Birmingham City.
Rowett formerly played at St Andrews and with Lee Clark sacked by the championship outfit this week he’s become the bookies favourite to make the step-up to the championship and return to his former side.
Things have remained quiet our end, on both ends really, but having resisted previous chances to move on and spurned Blackpool’s advances already this season if they come calling perhaps this might be the job that it too good to refuse?
