The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Burton Albion and Ipswich Town this Friday.

Burton Albion host Ipswich Town on Friday April 14 for the game at the Pirelli Stadium and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.

Fourth Official: Ben Toner

Match Day referee Langford has officiated 40 games in 2016/17 with a return of 123 yellows and five red cards.

His highest card count this season was nine yellows in the game between Swindon Town and Bristol Rovers.

He took in 41 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 99 yellow cards and four red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Burton Albion and Millwall on December 1 with a total of seven yellows being shown, along with one red.

Langford is a very experienced match official, with eight seasons as an EFL referee under his belt. As part of the PGMO development programme, he has officiated in the Dallas Cup and Algarve Cup. He has now refereed nearly 200 EFL matches.
